Two different levels of self-monitoring behavior charts.
How to use:
I sit down with each student and we chose 4 behaviors to monitor throughout the day. They also chose the reinforcer they will be working towards if they earn the necessary points.
After each segment, a paraprofessional or myself review if they met this expectation. At the end of day, if they earned enough points then they get their reward!
One version has more visuals of expected behavior, yes/no, and of reinforcer. Second sheet has more words. They are a word document so you can edit as necessary for each student!
