PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Fully editable self-monitoring cards with Boardmaker prompts for your students to take more ownership of their behaviors!
These "task cards" are designed to be taped to each student’s desk to enable them to self-monitor their behavior during each class period. Laminate or fully cover with packing tape!

Students will use dry-erase markers to rate their behavior at the end of each bell/class. They can then be wiped off and re-used the following bell/class.

The top section is for teacher/staff monitoring. Students who are behaving exceptionally well can get a tally (dry-erase) from the teacher as positive recognition- 3 positives= a “Home run” with a reward (candy, etc.) Students who require multiple warnings/redirection earn “Strikes”- 3 and you’re out! (Demerit, consequence, etc.) *This section can also be easily removed!

This is a great visual and a way for students to take more ownership of their behavior.
There are 5 different designs for rankings to cater to students’ interests- all completely editable and all with boardmaker prompts!
These include smiley faces, Angry Birds, Cats, Minions, and thumbs up/down.
The targeted behaviors (which can be customized) include "Finish my work", "Sit nicely", "Raise my hand" and "Stay on Topic".
