This self-regulation coping strategies game provides a super fun and interactive way to help your students better understand their emotions. This resource would be a great complement to lessons about the Zones of Regulation® by Leah Kuypers.

Students will learn which feelings and actions are associated with each color and self-regulation coping strategies they can use to regulate their emotions and get back to green.
