The Self-Monitoring Charts were designed to help students become more aware of their feelings and teach them to use positive coping skills throughout the day. They can also help students/teachers notice and address daily patterns in mood or behavior. There are four versions total--one for the school day and one for the whole day, both offered in color and B&W.
Each hour block includes the time of day, asks kids how they felt, and has a space for any important notes. For example: "9:00-10:00 AM, blue zone, tired during math, drank cold water to wake up".
The colors associated with regulation levels used in these charts are also familiar (red means stop, yellow means slow down, green means go, blue means too slow) and correspond to similar programs like Zones of Regulation and ALERT.
This product is also part of the Self-Regulation GROWING BUNDLE
, which contains over 150 pages of helpful charts, task cards, worksheets, games, and activities!
