After a class or group discussion/seminar, students can use this to give themselves a score for listening and speaking. Students will circle a score from 1 to 5 for each. It also asks student to give a reason why they gave themselves that score. It keeps students accountable for their participation and makes them reflect in order to improve for future discussions.
2 rubrics are included in 1 page in order to save paper. You will need to cut in half.
