This is a project that can be given to any all seniors class. It has two parts meant to help the seniors thank those who have helped them and those who will follow in their footsteps. The first part is thank you letter two a coach, teacher, etc. that positively impacted their lives during high school. Students are given instructions that include the knowledge that you may read the letter. The second part is a freshmen survival guide that they will create. The seniors will take what they know and put it to paper. It's kind of a "what I wish I knew" project. My students had a lot of fun making these and included funny little stories from their four years. Both parts give the students time to reflect on what they have learned and how they have grown. The rubric for the survival guide is included.
