Hearing is one of the most overlooked senses to create our realities. Psychology students often don't understand the biology behind it and why it matters to psychology. This fun resource helps students review the basic vocabulary of the sensation of hearing, and helps them experience the flaws and nuances in their sensory reality. Activities include a vocabulary flip booklet, labs (how old are your ears, Foley artists, auditory illusions, and hearing and balance) as well as a 4-corners debate on some of the debatable topics regarding hearing. All resources include lesson plans, learning targets, samples where appropriate, easy to follow instructions, easy to print off handouts, and quick formative assessment exit tickets.
