This PDF is formatted to print into a booklet form. (Hence the upside down pages and the blank beginning page). Just go into the LAYOUT settings in your print dialogue box. Select 2 pages per sheet, the 3rd layout option, and make sure you have selected two-sided copying. This will allow you to fold the pages in half and staple together a booklet that can fit neatly in the back of students' books. (print settings may vary by OS)
You can also just print normally and disregard the blank page.
