Description
A Sensory path is an obstacle course that helps to build and strengthen children's sensory pathways and connections in the brain. It was originally created to help students who have sensory processing issues. However, it is also used with students who have behavioral and mental health issues such as anxiety and ADHD to assist them with emotion regulation. It can also be used with general education classes that are fidgety and need to burn off some steam or who just need a brain break.
