Students use the picture prompts to build the rhyming sentences. They cut out the words and put them in the right order to make the sentence. After they have glued down then words, they write the sentence on the following lines. *If you would like to extend the students, instead of copying the sentence, they can write a new sentence about what happens next. This is a great way to discuss sentence structure. The sentences are decodable and use some high frequency words.
There are 20 rhyming sentences included. The sentences match the rhyming sentences included in my scrambled sentences pack.
This is an easy, no prep activity that would be perfect for literacy or reading groups.
