More Common Writing Mistakes: Grammar Comics
"Grammar Comics: MORE Common Writing Mistakes" addresses some of the most common errors students face with sentences with an entertaining comic followed by a page of exercises. Each lesson is told as a comic with multiple examples. Then a worksheet follows with additional instruction. An answer key with additional instructions for teaching each lesson is included as well. Furthermore, the comics feature a multicultural cast.
This is the companion volume to "Grammar Comics: Common Writing Mistakes," but each book works fine independently.
This volume covers "its and it's," "your and you're," "they're, their and there," passive voice, comma splices, and sentence fragments. (Sentence fragments are also covered in Grammar Comics: Common Writing Mistakes")
If you would like your students to create their own comics, check out my FREE Comic Strip Templates.
Many teachers have found Grammar Comics to be a helpful addition to the classroom. Please check out the other products I have for sale for additional comics based on the parts of speech, vocabulary, and poetry.
