Sentence Unit Review Go Fish Game → Editable files! Revised in July 2016!
This Go Fish game is a review of the following sentence concepts: coordinating conjunctions, subordinating conjunctions, conjunctive adverbs, independent clauses, dependent clauses, simple sentences, compound sentences, complex sentences--AND prepositional, infinitive, gerund, participial, and appositive phrases.
Students play in groups of 2-3 to review some of the major ideas related to sentence variety. This is a great scaffold to cement the foundation for subsequent sentence combining lessons!
