Product Description
Separation anxiety is a real issue at the end of the school year. Each year, I send out this letter to my staff to remind them that when their students are acting out and being obnoxious and hateful that it very well could be the students' way of detaching and letting go of the security that the teachers and staff members represent in their life. Our school is in an inner-city setting, and many of our students have little stability in their lives. This is a way to help staff members to remember not to take this personally and put things into perspective.

This is meant to be utilized by one counselor for his or her school staff members. Other publication, reproduction, or sharing of this should not be done without written permission of Counselor Bev.
