PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

In this paired passage activity, students will read two nonfiction articles. One is about the attacks on Pearl Harbor and the other is about the attacks on September 11.

Before reading students are shown the most commonly used words in both texts and are asked to make inferences based on the words. What they will be about and asks the students to write sample sentences that may appear.

After reading students will compare and contrast the two texts and discuss the differences between the two in 10 short answer questions.

Most of the answers will vary, but I have included a sample suggested answer key!
