Inside the Tower Resources & Assessment
Grades 5-12—20+ Pages!
This product consists of a 3-page Assessment for the Discovery Channel's Docudrama "Inside the Towers: 9/11" which accurately recounts the horrific events that occur on Tuesday, September 11th, 2001. I have also included a Timeline of the Attacks and a Map Skills Assessment. Answer keys are provided for the short answer questions of both Assessments. There are also many graphic organizers and activities to assist with teaching about one of the most important events in US History.
I have provided a link to my Pinterest Board where there are further links to the Docudrama. You only need to watch the Docudrama to complete the 3-page Assessment. The Map Skills Assessment comes with a stand-alone Timeline of Events and Diagram. All the others resources do not have to be used with the Documentary.
I have successfully implemented this set of assessments and activities with my Middle School students. Remember to review all materials before teaching and know you audience. This can be a very emotional lesson.
