Description

Get 4 weeks worth of writing prompts for upper elementary with this daily journal writing prompts for September! This resource works great as a morning journal activity, writing center, or power writing lesson. This includes 20 different writing prompts that can be used as a digital journal with Google slides version or can be display on the whiteboard/smartboard and students respond in physical writing journals. Each day provides for a consistent writing routine, but students get to practice different styles of writing.

In this September set, students will work on fictional or personal narrative writing every Friday. Each day gives an idea for what students can write about, which helps students overcome writer's block with this daily practice.
