Crayon Box Craftivity: after read "The Crayon Box that Talked" the boys and girls can create this cute story prop.
How Many Letters are in Your Name?: this cute bulletin board will help students focus on their name, letters in their name and the total number of letters in their name.
All About Me Book: send this cute parent outreach home to complete. Students can take turns sharing for a get-to-know-my-class activity.
Who’s in Kindergarten?: The boys and girls will love making this cute owl crown. Take a picture of your students wearing their crown and use the picture to create a bulletin board labeled "Who-ooo's in Kindergarten?"
Lowercase a Craft: students will use their fine-motor skills to create this cute apple craft. This is great for any fall theme (RD.K.1.D).
Appleicious Alphabet: students will identify, trace or write both uppercase and lowercase letters. You can use the center cards for 6 separate activities (RF.K.1.D, L.K.1.A).
Alphabet and Letter Aa Printables (RF.K.1.D, L.K.1.A): students will continue to build on their letter Aa knowledge using several cute printables.
Great Worm Race (Uppercase/Lowercase Writing): students will practice rolling a dice, counting the dots and identifying/tracing both uppercase and lowercase letters (L.K.1.A).
Where’s my Bus?: students will match uppercase to lowercase letters and color, dab or write their findings (RF.K.1.D, L.K.1.A).
Letter Bb Printables: students will continue to build on their letter Aa knowledge using several cute printables (RF.K.1.D).
Too Cool for Rhymes: students will determine if two pictures rhyme or do not rhyme and color their findings (RF.K.2.A).
School Syllables Count: students will identify classroom materials and count out the number of syllables in each item. Then, they will write their findings (RF.K.2.B).
Write the Room with Beginning Sounds: students will choose a card, identify the picture and listen for the beginning sounds. Students will letter that makes the beginning sound next to the matching picture (RF.K.2.D).
Mouse Sounds students will identify the letter that makes the beginning sound, with the choice of three letters (RF.K.2.D).
Beginning Sound Printables students will continue to build beginning sound knowledge with several fun printables (RF.K.2.D).
If You Give a Mouse a Sight Word students will try to read several simple sight words and practice writing them (RF.K.3.C).
Write the Room with Colors: students will love searching the room or center for these cute colorful shoes. They will practice writing color words (RF.K.3.C).
I Love My Shoes, Emergent Book: students will love reading this simple reader and tracing color words (RF.K.4).
