Sequence of Events Writing Activities | Digital Writing Sequence Activities

Teaching sequencing in writing can be fun when you tie it into a science topic like plants and make it into informational sequence writing craftivity! Using this unit, students will not only learn how to use this type of literary concept, but they will also learn to to another type of informational writing using informational books and story books.

This unit is DIGITAL AND PRINTABLE

WHAT TO EXPECT

Students will learn how to do sequencing using everyday activities, then they will use what they learned and do a sequence of instructions. Next they will move into using the same strategy with stories and then onto using informational stories or close reading passages. They will end the unit with an informational writing piece using sequential writing. This unit includes an optional craftivity to do at the end that makes for a great spring bulleting board.
