Even More Stories for Sequencing, Retell, and Listening Comprehension!
Pre-K through 2nd Grade
10 Sequencing Stories (3 or 4 pictures each)
10 Pasting Pages with Comprehension Questions (1 page per story)
Sequences: diving into a pool, blowing up a balloon, baby eating, birthday cake, sledding down a hill, rabbit pulling a carrot out of the ground, dog destroying a pillow, cat stuck in tree, lizard eating a bug, dog jumping into a pool.
How to Use:
1. Print out your desired sequencing story and the pasting page that goes along with it.
2. Cut out the individual story pictures and read the captions in any order. Have the student put the pictures in the correct order.
3. As the student colors in the pictures, ask the student the comprehension questions on the pasting page.
4. Have the student recall the correct sequence of the pictures and paste them onto the page. Then have the student retell the story using the sequencing words (“first”, “then”, etc.) printed above the pictures.
