I made this graphic organizer to support students with disabilities as they sequence stories. After reading a leveled reader, the students look at 3-4 pages and make a decision about what happened. Then they draw a picture and write a few words/sentence about what they drew. This process will continue until the first, next, then, and last are filled in. This graphic organizer was designed for students in a self-contained special education class for students who need a visual organizer to organize their thoughts. The great thing about this organizer is that it can be used with different ability levels.
