Looking for a sequencing activity around Halloween? Look no further!
This activity is great when collaborating with whole classrooms. Purchase pumpkins and fun decorations. Use a paperclip and pencil as a spinner for the wheel. Have the students spin to see how they will design/decorate their pumpkin. As they go along, have them write out the steps using transition words from the word bank. At the end, the students will read aloud their sequenced story.
Example, "First we put on a nose. Second, we put on a hat." You get the idea!
