Spring has sprung & I'm celebrating with a dollar off.
My students really enjoy the beautifully illustrated, rhyming story "The Wind Blew"
, by Pat Hutchins.
Because it's a favorite, I designed this "print & go",
simple storytelling slider "craftivity", which helps students practice the sequence
a story standards.
So that you can quickly & easily
make a sample to share, I've included a full-color pattern
There's also a black & white
version, so students can make and color their own.
I've included a "pennant flag"
option, for those from a different country, in lieu of the US flag strip.
There's a matching, emergent reader activity
for this story as well.

I'm Diane from Teach With Me, hoping your kiddos enjoy this craftivity!
If there's a story you'd like to have a slider for, I do take requests
. Simply leave a note in the "Ask a Question" section, or e-mail me at email@example.com
