This contains two .docx files (5pg. each) with notes about serology, blood typing, ABO and Rh blood groups for use in a forensic science class. One version contains the teacher's notes and answer key, while the other is a student version with blanks to fill in and practice problems to complete.
Includes charts to show compatibility and inheritance of blood types, flow chart of blood typing procedure using either serum or antiserum, and practice problems/questions.
Fully editable; feel free to play with it to suit your needs! This is not a creative resource, but an informative one, and easy to use in a pinch for a substitute or if you are new to teaching the topic. I usually split the information over the course of about three class periods with demos, video clips, or mini-labs thrown in (not included). To use as a straight lecture this would take about an hour.
