Have students self-evaluate their time in your class by showcasing what they have learned. I use these mini posters for my 7th-grade sewing class; however, I could easily use it with my cooking classes as well. I take a picture of them either sewing or holding up their finished product and print it out to put in the bottom left corner. They sign their name below. In the other "quote" boxes, they can write about what they liked most/least about sewing, what they learned about sewing, advice they would give others, the hardest/easiest part. These posters work great on a bulletin board or at an open house. Let the students add color/design to the rest of the page.
