This Sh and Ch Digraph QR Codes
activity is an engaging way for kids to work on reading words with digraphs, high frequency word fluency and building confidence! This activity would be good end of the year Kindergarten, beginning of First Grade, or for any students who need a review of words with digraphs and simple high frequency words.

QR stands for “quick response”. They are like barcodes. They can be scanned with an iPod, iPad, a smart phone, or tablet. All you have to do is search in your App Store for a QR code scanner. There are plenty free apps to choose from.
The students will first scan the task card with their iPod, iPad, phone, etc….
They will then read the sentence with the missing word that appears on their scanning device (Very EXCITING!).
Finally, students will choose the best word from the box on their student response sheet and write just the missing word on their student response sheet.
What You Get
* 1 Student Response Sheet
* 2 Pages of Task Cards (4 per page for total of 8 task cards)
* Answer Key with both the individual words as well as the sentences that are seen once the QR Code is scanned.
