Have your students learn how to shade shapes into three dimensional looking objects using values of grey! Learn to shade using light sources and a variety of values of grey to create and object that looks 3D.
This product has 3 stages of work, the first is the basic introductory into shading circles into spheres, and to use your values to create realistic looking bark. The second stage has students copy examples of 3D boxes that have been shaded using: stippling, scribbling, cross-hatching, hatching, and shading then has them shade 3D shapes. The last stage has students copy life drawings of both a sunflower seed and a fern leaf using their new skills they have developed in grey scale and shading.
