Sonnet three introduces the concept of a mirror image. A reading of the work is provided on a PowerPoint but it is in the examination undertaken in the worksheets where the real investigation begins. A range of strategies is offered for individual and group work along with a set of specific questions on sonnet 3 for classroom use. Suggested answers are provided for the teacher. An appreciation of poetic technique is garnered through these associated activities that may help build a student's understanding.
