O! how much more doth beauty beauteous seem . . .
Beauty can still be appreciated after death just as the rose’s perfume can be distilled. This is possible through poetry but one wonders if the poet is praising poetry or his own skill. There are also practical activities that can be selected to complement the approach taken by the teacher which look at a range of poetic devices such as form, rhyme and meter.
