Instead of buying a parallel edition for my students, I decided to create my own and run scripts for my students to act out. It was far cheaper, and I could put it in language they understand. It allowed me to differentiate instruction between Honors (Who would read the Shakespearean side, but had the parallel text to aid meaning) and General English (Who would read the modern speech and watch Shakespeare's English in the Kenneth Branagh Edition movie.) It allowed Shakespeare to connect to every student on a level they understand--and relationships and the manipulating of them is something every junior high student could relate to. Hopefully, it will help you as well!
PSA: Text is in DOX format. I have it in 97-2003 DOC format available if needed. The downloadable preview shows correct formatting--the pictures do not.
