THIS PRODUCT IS MEANT TO BE USED AFTER STUDENTS HAVE READ THE BOOK.
The clues in these 10 puzzles contain two-word phrases from SHAKESPEARE'S SECRET. But there's a catch: the two words, while retaining the original letter order, have been merged into one, and the second word may begin before the first! Students must decipher the two words to solve each puzzle.
Not as easy as it sounds! A good spelling workout! SEE THE PREVIEW FOR EXAMPLES.

Each of the three prereading puzzles covers a different section of the book, and each is in a different format. For the first puzzle, (Chapters 1-10), students rearrange “tiles” to complete if/then statements—very unique! The second puzzle (Chapters 11-20) requires students to provide synonyms for a crossword, and the third (Chapters 21-31) is an analogy crossword. The final puzzle tests students over all words. Unique and fun!
