Product Description
This is an easy craft to do with the young kids. I did it with my kindergartens. Print out a sheet for every child. Have them glue the whole sheet on a piece of green construction paper. Next step it to cut out the shamrock and the rectangle. They will glue the rectangle on the green side of the shamrock. On the white side (paper side) they will write one word (or more if they can) that describes what makes them the luckiest people in the world (so they can have the best family, friends, parents, pets, home, stuffed animal etc...) They then have to draw a picture that describes what they wrote.

Be sure to have a discussion with them before and write the words for them to copy on the whiteboard.

I then punched holes in each and made a lucky shamrock chain! They really loved it!

This could work for the older grades as well just have them write more about what makes them the luckiest person in the world.

FREEBIE: please leave feedback. This would be greatly appreciated.
