Description
This folk favorite is a GREAT song from which to teach "ti-tom" or single eighth-dotted quarter note. Additionally, it's great practice for the low so to re interval!!!
In this file are rhythm preparation and practice slides for ti-tom. There are also melodic practice slides tat include soldége and absolute pitch names. You can extend the activity to have the students play recorder with the absolute pitch name slides.
Also included is the song notation and a beat passing game. I will be writing post about this file soon on my blog!
