Shape Attributes Web allows students to identify and write various attributes, both defining and non defining, for a given attribute block. The students identify such things as name, number of sides, number of corners, color, thickness, and size. Non defining attributes are written in parts of the web that contain dotted borders. Defining attributes are written in the parts of the web that contain a solid border allowing students to learn the differences. Place the printed Shape Attribute Web in a sheet protector and allow students to identify and write the attributes of multiple attribute blocks using a dry erase marker. Great for a math center or a whole class activity. This activity meets or exceeds the Common Core Standards of Mathematics.
