This is a great visual aid for students who are having trouble mastering basic sight words. Focusing on the shape of the word provides a memory aid and just may be the strategy you need for a struggling reader.
All 52 Dolch Primer words (all, am, are, at, ate, be, black, brown, but, came, did, do, eat, four, get, good, have, he, into, like, must, new, no, now, on, our, out, please, pretty, ran, ride, saw, say, she, so, soon, that, there, they, this, too, under, want, was, well, went, what, white, who, will, with, yes) are included in both black/white and color cards. They can be printed on cardstock and laminated for the student to trace with a Vis-à-vis marker. They can also be enlarged for use on a Word Wall.
