This is a comprehensive NO PREP, NO PRINT Boom Card Activity that addresses Colors and Shapes. It includes full-color, high-resolution images and is fully interactive with point and click features for immediate feedback. These cards are self-grading and are a fun engaging way to address receptive language, knowledge of basic concepts, vocabulary, and could be adapted to encourage expressive language by having students name the pictures and utilize complete sentences as appropriate. It includes a wide variety of pictures with opportunities for students to demonstrate their understanding by identifying the correct color and/or shape.
This lesson can be played on Smartboards for whole group instruction, tablets/iPads for small group and 1:1 individual learning, and speech teletherapy, telepractice (via Site Share) platforms for interactive remote sessions. It is full color and intended for digital use.

I hope you enjoy this lesson with your students as much as I do with mine. Be creative and have fun teaching! Stay tuned for more Boom Card lessons. I do offer a PDF version of this lesson which is great for explicit instruction. I personally use the PDF version to introduce the concept, to practice, and to reinforce. I then present the Boom Cards as a way to assess understanding and for individual practice. Thank you for shopping in my store and please come back often for new lessons, freebies, and promotions.
