I Have, Who Has Shapes!
This pack includes games cards for 8 different shapes and 8 larger cards as visual aid when teaching shapes.
This game has become very popular and can be used with many subjects. Since there aren't many shape cards, this game is going to be played a little differently than the norm.
Make 5 copies on cardstock and laminate playing cards.
Divide your class into groups/teams of 4 kids each
Hand each group a set of cards
Each child from each group will only have 2 cards.
Choose a student to begin the game by reading their own card.
For example, he/she reads, "I have an octagon, who has a shape with no sides and no angles? It is perfectly round!â€.....Well, the first child to say they have that shape( ((-â€I have a circle!â€, their team gets a point.
That person that won a point for their team gets to read their card.
The game keeps going until it has made a full circle and all the shapes have been named. The team with the most points wins!
