This worksheet is for use prior to, during, and after a shared inquiry discussion or a text talk. (I use it in conjunction with Junior Great Books.)
The purpose of the worksheet is to have students think deeply about a text, refer back to it to support their opinions, and be prepared to be active participants in a classroom discussion.
This worksheet asks students to fill in the following:
-Two responses prior to discussion, listing page number and quote from text
-Two responses from after discussion, listing page number and quote from text
-Did their answer change?
