PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

From Electric English....
This is an activity for a film comparison of "The Lottery". Once you have read and worked with the short story, you can view the film in its entirety, or you can show clips of the film if you do not have the time for all of it. Among other things, it asks the students to consider physical elements, character elements, and language elements. There are several versions of "The Lottery". This activity will work for all of them. I have used the film directed by Daniel Sackheim in the past. It provides some interesting comparisons for the students, and you can check it out from your local library if you do not own a copy :)

NOTE: There is a FREE copy of "The Lottery" in my store under the heading, Short Story Analysis - The Lottery. Use it for whatever you need :)
