This is an excellent tool for assessing and recording student progress! I use these recording sheets with flash cards to assess my kindergarten students at the beginning, middle, and end of the year. The assessment can also be used for pre-k, first, and second grade. Simply highlight, the letters, numbers, colors, shapes, etc that your student knows.
