Great practice activity for beginning equation solvers. Students are given all of the correct building blocks for solving a two-step equation...they have to figure out the correct order. After students have put the pieces together, they practice solving additional equations that are similar to the puzzle, using the puzzle as a model of what their work should look like. These equations begin with all positive, whole number coefficients, constants and solutions; the final set of puzzles uses integers as coefficients, constants and solutions.
