Product Description
This powerpoint shows how to "show" what feelings and emotions look like in writing. This is a fun hands-on group activity to do while teaching how to add elaborate details to your writing. I model what "excited" would look like. I then put students into groups and hand out one emotion or feeling to each group. Their job is to make a poster showing what that feeling or emotion would look like WITHOUT naming the feeling or emotion. Then we all come together as a group and they read their posters and we try to guess which feeling or emotion they have described!
