This activity is just like shuffle board but used within the class room. All you need is some nerf balls or any type of ball that you can roll and some mats. It's a good way to introduce shuffle board or at least the concepts of how the game is played, but in a little different manner. Try this activity if you are looking for something new. The following objectives can be covered: : manipulative skills (rolling), teamwork, sportsmanship, accuracy, hand-eye coordination, and mathematical skills. It is a good activity to use when working with any age group and to challenge the students just make minor modifications based on the age an abilities of your students in class.
