Hello friends!
I created this for my first grade friends to practice not only the reading of sight words, but also writing those sight words, practicing sentence structure and handwriting practice.
You DO need to have these printed back to back. I use long edge printing, but you may need to print a test page in order to check how your personal or school printer/copier works.
My students LOVE this center!
The Pre Primer
set is for your younger students. There are only 4 words per sentence. Each group has 6 sentences and there are six packs of sentences. You will find 36 sentences. These cover all the dolch sight words. The sight words go, in, it, run and you are not "included" on their own, but are featured throughout the activity several times.
The Primer
pack is for students that have mastered the first list. The words become more difficult. There are still 4 words per sentence in this pack as well, and it does have a picture clue to help. Each group has 8 sentences and there are seven packs of sentences. You will find 56 sentences. These cover all the dolch primer sight words.
The First Grade
pack is for those students that are ready to move on to a more difficult center. The sets will contain 7 sentences. There are 5 words per sentence.
