This awesome writing tool is for your students to keep a list of their commonly used words in their writing. Each page of the journal has a letter of the alphabet and coordinating picture for the letter-sound. Then the page is filled with blank lines for you or the student to write down words.
There are two different line styles (primary dotted line and single line for intermediate writers) and four different dictionary options. Full-page with no words or full-page that includes the first 100 Fry sight words (high frequency words). There is also a half-page version with no words or with the Fry words. There are three title page options for each as well (My Sight Word Dictionary, My Spelling Dictionary, or My Writing Dictionary).
The alphabet pictures correspond with my Chalkboard or Rustic Burlap alphabet posters
and word wall headers
