Want to have fun with your sight words?
Then this is for you!
Simply print out the page you want. Then write a sight word with a white crayon on each image. You need to do each child's page individually. (I write different sight words on each student's page so they can share the different words with each other!)
The next step is to have them paint the pictures with water color paint. When they paint over the spot where you wrote the sight word in white crayon, the word will "magically" appear!! WOW! (This is a crayon resist technique.)
I have included a page for each holiday and two pages that can be for any time of year.
I have also included two recording sheets. One is for the students to just record the words they found when they painted. The other recording sheet is so they can record the words and also write a sentence using each word.
Happy painting and happy learning!!
