Description
Use this sight word center to build students' sight word recognition and writing skills. This a fun, play-based literacy activity.
What is included
1- Reusable Color Activity Mats: Print in color, cut out the building block pieces, and laminate. Students use any of the building block work mats to build on. Then they can use a whiteboard marker to record the sight words they used.
2- Cut and Paste Activity: Print out the black and white building block pieces, and enough building block worksheets for all your students. They cut out the pieces they want to use to build with, then record the sight words they used.
This product is available in the Building with Sight Words Bundle
→ You can now add your own sight words using the editable PowerPoint version. Simply type in the sight words you want to use, and print! You can edit the color or black and white versions of the building blocks.
