11 mats (Dolch sight words)
Getting children to learn their sight words is not an easy chore for teachers or parents—writing sight words is just another strategy to include. Use these mats in the classroom or send them home with children for use at home. Just print and laminate.
At home—Trace the words at each meal times using a white board marker. Hint—a little hand sanitiser is great for removing the marker each time.
At school—Use for literacy centres or for desk mats (each student can have a different mat depending on their level). Alternatively, print out and use the mats as a worksheet.
11 mats in total focusing on 11 sets of 20 words for a total of 220 Dolch sight words.
