Students are able to track their progress and improve their sight word knowledge. OPEN THE PREVIEW to see ALL the phonics skills, sight words, grammar and vocabulary skills covered!

Download the preview for a free sample to use with your students today!

UPDATED 2/22/19 This is a huge update!

*New daily activities for students to complete to show progress

**Daily activities include GRAMMAR AND VOCABULARY (see Table of Contents in Preview)

UPDATED 4/2/17 A Parent Letter now included.

UPDATED 11/1 Reward Tags now included. Students can get a brag tag each time they master a page.

Each page builds upon the previous one. The sentences increase in complexity and cover new skills as well as previously taught skills and words. The table of contents will guide you as to what phonics & grammar skills and sight words are covered on each page.

Included are:

All of Fry’s first 100 words

Up to 200 of the Dolch words

Over 60 high frequency words most commonly found in text

Over 100 phonics skills.

Multiple grammar skills

Vocabulary words

Daily reading and/or writing activities

At the end of the week, when they have successfully practiced and mastered reading all the sentences fluently, they can color in their animal to show mastery. Students can keep a graph of their animal to show their growth. You can also choose to use a data wall to show where everyone is at (using numbers to maintain student privacy and integrity).

Keep the pages together and make a book so that students can look back and practice previous sentences. Each student can have their own fluency sentences book. I’ve included a cover for their book both in color and black line.

These can be used for:

Morning Work

Fluency Centers

Partner Work

Independent Practice

Homework

Hot/Cold Reads

My students LOVE doing these! I'm sure your students will also!
