I am always looking for fun activities for sight word recognition practice. These are great because the students can take them home for reinforcement. Students paste the word card on the front of an envelope and then cut out the sight words to place inside. Students practice piecing the words together and saying aloud.
This set contains 96 sight word puzzles with corresponding word cards. There are also 3 blank pages for you to create your own 2, 3, 4 and 5 letter word puzzles.
Here is a list of words included: the, at, see, is, my, to, can, go, me, it, and, up, am, on, like, he, we, you, so, an, no, for, in, be, are, if, look, do, run, play, jump, did, as, this, by, was, him, come, all, or, had, us, day, then, of, sit, get, saw, read, went, got, say, yes, has, they, her, put, man, ball, eat, boy, girl, will, his, sat, ran, out, mom, one, big, now, where, there, zero, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, black, brown and gray.
