Description

This QR code resource is designed to integrate technology into your sight word instruction and practice. You will need a mobile device with a camera, internet access (wifi), and a QR code reader app (many of which are FREE)!

This QR code creation contains the first 100 words from the Fry list of high frequency/sight words. This creation will allow students to use technology to practice their sight words! The cards are organized by lists. List 1 is green, list 2 is pink, list 3 is purple, list 4 is orange. Each set of words comes with 5 different recording sheets for students to record their learning.

Students will scan a code and a word will appear. They will read the word and use the recording sheets to write the word, stamp the word, and color the word! You can add more rigor to these activities by giving students magnetic letters or letter tiles and they build the word before they record their learning on the recording sheets.

Please be sure to check out our website to read our blog, download freebies & handouts in the Resource Center, see where Mr. Greg will be making appearances in the Events tab, and more.  Visit our website here: The Kindergarten Smorgasboard
